We all have Magic within

We have an inner energy, an inner ability which we can tap into at any given moment.  Secret is knowing it’s in there and you have every right to use it.  Not only do you have every right to use it, I actually urge you to start using it.  I’m talking about the ability to change your thoughts, the ability to deal with sadness and then move on.  Now let’s start slow, before I keep going with what might seem nuts.  First of all, I have to say to you, speak to you, speak to your beautiful soul; Sadness exist, sadness is real, sadness is a part of life.  We must experience the dark in order to value the light.  It’s the law of our existence, we need to go through sadness to know how beautiful Happiness can be.  And once we’ve been through sadness, oh how we can savor those moments in life that are nothing but happiness.  Start using your magic, little by little, when sadness comes your way, let it be; feel it, experience it and then let it be on it’s way.  Here’s one way I let go of sadness; I start to think of all I’m grateful for, I think of happy moments I’ve experienced.  I ease my mind into a place of happiness, I separate from what is causing me sadness if needed.  I give myself permission to be sad but not for too long.  My thinking is that life is too short and too beautiful to spend much of it being sad.  Believe me that if you start practicing this habit of changing your thoughts you will be happier more often than not.  It’s your choice and no one else’s, choose to be happy and stay happy as much as possible.  Your life is a blessing and it should be treated as such.  I’ll leave you with a sweet poem, that once it clicks it will make all the sense in the world to you.  Sending you warm hugs…

The Guest House

This being human is a guest house.  Every morning a new arrival.

A joy, a depression, a meanness, some momentary awareness comes as an unexpected visitor.

Welcome and entertain them all! even if they are a crowd of sorrows, who violently sweep your house empty of its furniture, still treat each guest honorably.  He may be clearing you out for some new delight.

The dark thought, the shame, the malice.  Meet them at the door laughing and invite them in.

Be grateful for whatever comes.  because each has been sent as a guide from beyond.
